Terms of Service

These terms govern your company's use of Grove, a performance management product built by Acorn Labs. By creating an account or using Grove, you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.

Using Grove

Grove is provided to help your company run goals, progress tracking, and reflections for your team. Your company's HR admin is responsible for who gets added to your account and what access level they receive. You agree to use Grove only for its intended purpose and not to attempt to access data belonging to another company on the platform.

Accounts and access

Each person using Grove does so under an account created by your company's admin. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact your admin or us right away.

Your company's content

Goals, reflections, comments, and any other content your team creates in Grove belongs to your company. We do not claim ownership over it. We use it only to operate the product for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Early-stage product

Grove is an early-stage product. We work to keep it reliable, but features, workflows, and parts of the interface may change as we improve the product based on real usage. We will do our best to communicate meaningful changes to companies using Grove.

Availability

We aim to keep Grove available and responsive, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unexpected issues may occasionally affect availability.

Ending service

Your company may stop using Grove at any time. We may suspend or end an account if it is used in a way that violates these terms or puts other companies' data at risk. If service ends, we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including reasonable opportunity to request an export.

Limitation of liability

Grove is provided as is, without warranties beyond what is required by law. To the extent permitted by law, Acorn Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Grove.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Grove evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
